General Exhibitor Rules

Exhibitors, by signing the space booking form have agreed to abide by the local and site regulations with respect to law and order safety etc.
The organiser will take necessary action against those who do not comply with the regulations. The organiser reserve the right to demand removal/change of any structure at the exhibitor stand, which in their view does not conform to the NAMAKKAL AUTO EXPO 2022 rules, or cancel participation. The decision of the Organiser in this regard will be final and binding.
The exhibitor shall occupy the space allocated, 24 hours prior to the opening of the exhibition and to be removed on 19th September 2022 before 12 noon.
Exhibitors are required to maintain their stall effectively during the all the hours without creating any inconvenience to other exhibitors, in any activities like High Volume Audios and any projection beyond allotted space.
Every exhibitors is required to take out Insurance at his own cost to protect himself against all risks.
The exhibitors will be totally responsible for cost of restoring to its original condition any part of structure occupied by them which has been altered or damaged in any way.
The entire expo grounds will be a litter free zone. Smoking and alcohol will be prohibited.
In case of cancellation of booking before 15days of the commencement of Exhibition 50% of the rental charges only will be refunded. Thereafter no cancellation will be entertained or the amount will not be refunded.
Exhibitor should pay the stall fair by DD/Cheque/RTGS payable at Namakkal favouring "NamakkalAutoExpo 2022".
It is mandatory to fill the stall booking form complete.
Security will be provided at all entry and exit point of the halls on all days.

Force majeure

If the exhibition is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in while or in part by reasons of natural calamity, war fire, national, emergency, labour dispute, non- availability of exhibition premises or any of the clause not within the control of the organiser the organiser- may, at their own discretion repay the rental paid by the exhibitor or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay or part off such rental and shall be under no liability in respect of any action, claim for losses. Disputes if any, will be settled under Namakkal jurisdiction.

Note

All stalls will be carpeted with basic lighting, fan, Table covered with cloth, Two chairs, Electric power point and drinking water facilities.
All the stalls in Pavilion VII will be high roof carpeted with basic lighting, air cooler, round table with four chairs, electric power point and drinking water facilities.
Mandatory requirements like electric power, security will be provided. Besides fascia names on each stall, exhibitor pass for persons manning the stall. Invitation for the inaugural and valedictory functions to your company officials will be given.
Seminar hall with a seating capacity of 150 will be provided with audio and video equipments for you to address the invitees.
An in-house canteen will function between morning 9 to evening 7 on all three days. A complimentary morning, evening tea and lunch will be provided for two of the staffs manning all the stalls.
Additional Lunch is available on chargeable basis.
